Kaibing Xu has over 24 years of production management experience within the bio-fermentation industry, with particular expertise in the production management, construction, and operations of large-scale bio-fermentation facilities. Prior to joining Cataya, Xu spent many years working at renowned domestic and international fermentation enterprises—including Ajinomoto (China) Co., Ltd. and the Meihua Group—where he held positions spanning production management, plant construction and operations, and safety management. Xu graduated from the Tianjin University of Science and Technology with a major in Biochemical Engineering and holds the qualification of a Registered Safety Engineer.
